Ive actually seen more bowed floors in new construction when framers set floor joists crown up... just didnt reject joists with too much crown.

& @Louise Alexander : What are your thoughts of the area between Crown Hill Cemetery and Fall Creek, south of 38th?

I live in Valparaiso, Indiana, and have looked at homes in Chesterton, Griffith, and Crown Point as well.

Jaime Perez I've never used them but have been told that Crowne management is good.

@Pablo Weber As someone who lives in the crown point area of PB myself, I'm very familiar with the area.

Even so, many of those that have been in arrears had cable tv, cigarettes, beer in the fridge, and a bottle of Crown Royal on a high shelf.

My wife and I are fairly new real estate agents in the Crown Point (Winfield) area.

Could you see it being a possibility in Crown Heights, Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, or even somewhere like Ridgewood, Queens?
