With that said, I've done some research on the market and found the following information helpful in my considerations for Phoenix that you might find helpful as well:  Demand for both buying and renting property remains high due to the city's strong economy and growing population.

You want a platform that has built in TCPA protections as well as a multiple communication channels besides voice such as SMS and email.

We live well, have a nice house which I built from the ground up and saved 200k off the top. 

If you’ve got property and aren’t well-versed in an accounting software I’d recommend starting with a good accountant and quickly adding a good bookkeeper.

:) Well, if the planes take off and land from east to west, buying a home that is north or south is not directly in the flight path. 

The property jumped another 100k less than a year after the sell as well as rents went up to support what would have been the new monthly debt if I refinanced and held. 

I have run numbers for LTRs on a set of duplexes that seem to cash flow well.
