Sure, if I am going to be shooting at something over 20 yards, I'd prefer to have mine 9mm or a 40 cal, but for strictly an off duty / CW, hauling around a 9mm or a 40 cal and trying to keep it hidden is not practical or necessary.

Membership is vital and proves that companies that are registered with NACSO have complied with all state and federal laws, have adequate customer service options as well as been in business for at least one year and have submitted information about themselves, the company and submitted pictures of the office to ensure compliance with data handling.These are just some requirements of being a member.Many companies are not members.

Some of these bills are monthly, others are quarterly; but, it can go quite a while longer before you, as the owner, know there has been a delinquency of payments when the bills are sent directly to the tenant and it is their legal duty, as per the lease, to pay.We have already discussed throughout Bigger Pockets how difficult it is to get blood (money) from the stone that is a deadbeat tenant, even with a judicial judgment against them.

Hopefully, your lease has language that minimizes the potential liability for you, but in any event, the tenant always has a duty to mitigate any damage.
