I have seen a ton of these companies over the last few decades with the same spiel they just put a new marketing spin on it.

The wheels are starting to spin faster and I’m building momentum.  

This is a pretty simple and straightforward thing for a pro to handle, however you being reluctant to hire an engineer (or architect) is making you spin your wheels with speculation and however much time you’ve been trying to figure this out.

I am active within the real estate community and spend a majority of my week trying to put deals together but feel like my wheels are endlessly spinning. 

However, if you're willing to invest your time to GROW the business and GROW your team, and a spin off would be that you have more opportunities to invest and more relationships, then it might be a good idea.  

Having an engineering background and mind helps me on the analytical side and I feel like the pilot in my keeps that balance and not being too analytical that I just spin in circles. 

It makes my head spin!

Plenty of marketing speak to spin poor deals as once in a lifetime opportunities that don't really exists or aren't sustainable.
