Southbridge and Webster are cheaper as well.There will be obvious trade-offs in terms of location / amenities and price but i have seen good traction in all of the aforementioned locations.I'm looking for househacks for clients around central Mass and while they're not impossible to find by any means units in Worcester are typically trading at $225-250.

Hello,We have "trapped equity" in a long term rental condo and are considering selling it and doing a 1031.

Also, stay away from Insula Capital AKA Atlantic Capital Holdings out of New York (Long Island) I didn't lose $200,000 but lost $10,000 plus on a deal they gave us a funding letter for $300,000 cash for a flip we were purchasing.

They also have a home vacancy tax in a lot of areas which applies to short term rentals. 

Always evaluate the numbers before proceeding to ensure the property will produce positive cash flow long-term.

I have a pretty wide range of types of real estate I am looking into, but I lack knowledge into what is feasible for me (especially in terms of what I can finance).

So you need to develop your checklists before you bring your first deal.  30 days is a very short time to execute and learn.etc etc.Use the above to start the development process for your wholesaling efforts.

It sounds like some companies use the term wind and hurricane interchangeably.
