While many of these partnerships can be fruitful, some turn out to be less successful, with unfortunate outcomes that could have been prevented with proper planning and safeguards.For instance, we recently encountered a case involving an investor, or "money partner," who contributed $650,000 to a real estate deal facilitated by another investor, the "developer."

I currently have a rental property and am looking at getting my real estate license and building a property management and property maintenance company to serve my investments and potentially others.  

Investors think in numbers, exit strategies, and long-term plays, while homebuyers think in emotion and monthly payments.What are some of the biggest differences you’ve noticed when working with or transitioning into real estate investing?

Given your mobility for duty posts you can really ramp up your real estate portfolio while serving.Every time they got stationed somewhere they would purchase a property to live in using their VA and house hack.

.-- But the real nail in the coffin could come in the Colorado legislature which is considering reclassifying STRs as commercial property for property tax purposes.
