I had just graduated, was living with my parents, and driving over an hour to work each day so I decided I would move closer to my job.

I have a number of listings that have a parent child relationship (duplex where you can rent each half separately or both together).

Turns out my grandpa, uncles' girlfriend, an old family friend, good friend's parents, my in-laws next door neighbor, and another good friend of my mom are all in real estate in one way or another.

So wondering if I can withhold the balance of the SD until a new tenant is placed?

My parents just moved to Redlands a year ago, so I'm out there a ton.
