Knowledge is power and for me, it builds my self-confidence so I’ve been bingeing podcasts, books and also recently gotten my real estate license so that I could have a better understanding of real estate in and of itself, with the hope of building upon that basic knowledge with what I’ve been learning about in real estate investing.

Some are little more that assistants, some have the knowledge and expertise to drive revenue and create more value.

I aspire to connect with others and gain knowledge about the BRRRR strategy and multifamily investments.

Then, they made an illegal move to reschedule the eviction without my knowledge by convincing a police sergeant to change the schedule to two weeks later!

There's a wealth of knowledge and supportive members here eager to connect and learn alongside you.

That seems weird to me and would raise red flags for auditors and I want to persue this in the best knowledgeable way possible.  

I strongly recommend you start attending these as often as possible and soak up as much knowledge as you can. 

Some of them were genuinely about making connections, sharing knowledge, and just getting to know other investors in the area.

There isa wealth of knowledge here, ask detailed questions, and build a network.
