If you're looking for that there's no time like the present.Frankly, market timing is darn near impossible.  

That being said, this is not an impossible task to find affordable options.

If you plan to buy and sell in 3-5 years, I would not buy, but if you plan to keep them for 20-30 years I'm sure the values will be much higher by then.It's a seller market and deals are hard to find but not impossible.
