I live in the Milwaukee area and want to get started investing locally but eventually want to branch out into other cities and states.

I'm more interested in purchasing 10 homes to have fully paid off by the time I retire, as I'm not living on the cash flow w/ current job. 

I truly believe she had a medical condition and shouldn't even live in my house, should probably live in elderly housing or the like.

We literally walked the property on live video with you and showed you everything you asked to see.

So paying the $2 extra for the juice, but being able to portion it out in cocktails that you can charge much more for...

For example, we cannot find a good deal in Houston on the MLS to save our lives, but in San Antonio there are a bunch. 

Just a simple 499 sq ft city approved plan, single story, 1 bed/1bath/full kitchen adu with living space.

In a lot of places, evictions are quick enough it shouldn't be an issue but I do tend to live by the motto "never underestimate how much damage a pissed off tenant can cause in just a few hours."
