Some of the stain finishes (especially if sealed with a clear finish) look very sharp and would give the rental a distinct look and set it apart.Ironically, I am actually planning to try this first in my primary residence.

A couple things from my perspective: TX is a very low barrier to development state especially compared to CA and even the geography is wide open so the danger is that developers will just move a mile down the road and build new product to compete with yours if good employment is headed that way.

However; that should have been able to have been resolved without surveying, through the local planning department.Your agent needs to talk to the other agent and inform them that you expect their clients to close, and if they don't they are in danger of being sued for non performance.Situations like this is where Brokers/agents earn their commission, let yours know you expect them to do it.

I have not read the report.He is one of the few good our there that seems to present data without spin or bias.He was one of the few that was saying real estate was dangerously high in 2005 and 2006.
