There is a county in Colorado that has a rule for non conforming parks. it says in a non conforming park if a home is pulled out a home no larger than the one pulled out can be put in, and it also states if the lot is vacant for longer than 90 days you can not put a home back on the lot.

This is very typical ponzi fund type syndication,  this techvestor and here co may go down in the future . 

If you did not have a property management co. screening the tenants then you would be doing it yourself, you would be getting all that information. the PM co. works for you, they represent you, you are still the owner of the business and you can get that information if you want it.

@Mac Boeve if I had a dollar for every applicant claiming identify theft, they only cosigned for a relative or friend, they're working out a payment plan on that chargeoff or they have no idea what that is, so it must not be theirs - I wouldn't be here on BP!

I'm trying to update my lease for a 5 unit in Colorado.

I co-own a STR PM Company HQ in Tampa with many properties in Hillsborough and Pinellas. 

When the lease is fulfilled, the security deposit will be returned to the LEASE SIGNERS, less any repair costs and unpaid charges.

Co-star stock however is up.
