Showers are all cast iron tubs so I'll re-tile the shower surround, then professionally spray the cast iron tubs.The whole building has been re-roofed with a TPO roof and all windows have been upgraded to dual pane vinyl windows.

I always recommend listening to the pod casts they have some great guys that are doing commercial and you can pick up a lot of basic knowledge.  

As I wait for the deal to go through, I'm spending a lot of time listening to pod casts and reading real estate books.

I take copious notes during reading time or pod cast time and I try to stick to a single topic for a few weeks at a time. 

The sewer are most likely cast iron or clay.
