We have monthly meetings on the second Monday evening of the month at German American Society and breakfast at 7 am on the Saturday following at Farm House Cafe.

The home was initially a duplex for a father and his adult daughter - The daughter then turned the home into a Bed and Breakfast - Currently being rented out room by room ($1,000/per room but not all rooms are rented at this time)  Repairs: Needs a new central AC and heating system - Roof is 14 years old - Kitchen is outdated - common areaPlan: There are a few different options I am exploring.

My goal is to have built good enough rapport with 10+ brokers so I can schedule breakfast/lunch/dinner appointments on my visit to the market.

Some lenders will do HELOCs with no interior appraisal, which can save your bacon if the house is still under internal repairs. 

@Darren Budahn  we indulged in fried pickles.. cheddar wrapped in bacon and fried.. fried shark, and a few other delicacies there were massive amount of people there.. it was very nice
