I was reading an article today, and this looks to be the best place to discuss it.

As I was inputting the properties, I noticed that Stessa does not support Portfolio loans (https://support.stessa.com/en/articles/2423581-mortgages-loa...)This will become very difficult to keep track going forward.

This has served us well for decades because floating rate debt allows us to escape yield maintenance risk, but the tradeoff is we must accept interest rate risk (I wrote an entire article on interest rate risk vs. yield maintenance risk so I won't rehash here). 

Read blogs, watch a lot of property shows on Netflix, and read books.
