With Alarm.com I have all the controls in one location rather than across different apps and websites, and there are a lot of complex features that can really automate your home.

I just signed up for Truerent and emailed them a couple days - simple question about automated/scheduled messages and still haven't heard back either.

He's employed me to list 4 private bedrooms on AirBnB, and to develop a way to automate the rental system. 

I am getting deployed and was wondering if anyone could give me any advise on automating my business while I am gone and still make money doing it.
