I think Bozeman might rank higher on the "scenic beauty" scale, but the price growth is so astronomical, that those other markets should get some attention soon.I'm jealous of that fishing trip. 

The only reason anyone would want to live in NYC and pay the astronomical accommodation prices there is because you're making a ton of money there.

as Michael mentioned, Snoqualmie Pass has the worst cashflow of any Cascade Mountain Market - the prices are astronomically high because of the easy 30-45 minute commute to Bellevue and Redmond.

And yes, I see it facilitating a bull-run of all bull-runs, pressing leverage to astronomical heights. 

For the last year since then I've been stabilizing those properties and it turned out that I invested in areas that were underpriced but in huge demand and the rents have gone up astronomically.
