It's a shame this kind of thing even happens.

So ashamed...so ashamed...Apparently, it was fake Oxy pills, laced with fentanyl, pool quality control and she got a pill with a lot of fentanyl in it.

Let them know this is a business for you and you don't have to be ashamed to tell them that you are doing it, as are all business owners, to make a profit. 

That $675 is plenty to cashflow for the time being and it would be a shame to kick him out.

Things that can be tracked.In all my years on the website, I've never come across someone who is as negative towards people as you are, and that's really a shame because the network here is a great one. 

I'm aware some think this is simple, and it just might be, but I'm not ashamed to ask what I don't know and you really helped me out tremendously with this post.  

They may need credit at some point going forward and will need to pay off the judgment.It's a shame that society makes it harder to require debtors to pay than for businesses to collect. 

The carpet and pad will make a big difference, but it's a shame to lose those hardwood floors.The third option is to open the ceiling of the lower unit and stuff it with soundproofing material.

The only other option we can think of is to do a hard money loan but it would be a shame not to use some of this equity built on their first rental.
