.- All basement surfaces will be fully treated with Benefect (a highly effective, yet human friendly anti-microbial) to kill any active mold growth, help remove bio-film, and deactivate any viable spore.- The basement area will be fogged with Benefect to drop any contamination from the ambient air, so as to help reduce any risk of cross-contamination, and to provide penetration into any less accessible areas that may not have received treatment to this point.- All basement surfaces, having been treated with Benefect, will be allowed to dry over-night.- After the basement surfaces are checked for dryness, all unfinished interior basement surfaces will be treated with Fiberlock, IAQ 6100, as a mold inhibitor, to allow for a ten year warranty (see notes and warranty for warranty requirements).

It is assumed by the state that any rental larger than a 1 bedroom will fall into this category at some point because of the anti-discrimination laws that prevent landlords from refusing a family because they have a child.

I think (god, I hate this since I'm as anti-wholesaling, but I admire you willing to try direct contact) you need to be quick and tell people what's in it for them.In <20 sec tell them you have expertise in selling real estate and you are focused on helping people that need to sell quickly.

I’m not anti construction at all, and it definitely makes sense sometimes, but in this town I think it’ll be hard to get a reasonable return out of a $1,000,000 4-plex.
