If this is available in your state, it could be a starting point to alleviate on their expenses if the tenant is responsible.

STR aka AirBNB Co-cross sex renting is normal and normally no issues... ( all doors have Digital Locks)Recovery homes or Safe houses... etc need to be single sex: dont want sex abused people, or drug recovery, or alcohol recovering mix of sexes in one house...  

All of my leases have a No drug use, or drugs on the property, including marijuana.  

They are doing evictions in my county just not evicting for non payment.Yeah, but I'll bet if you can't show a safety issue like drug dealing or domestic violence they probably won't make her move until this is over.

I saw them yesterday at a clinic for a drug screen. 

Most of the crime in these areas are drug-related, and if you're not perceived as a threat and you treat the dealers with basic decency you're likely safe from violence.

They are doing drugs and defecating all over the damn place.

Its like being drug addict going from the next high to the next... without the drugs.

I messed us and know for a fact that if I didn't get hooked on drugs I would have been super rich.. this was 5 years or so ago and I'm 2 years sober now...
