Besides becoming an expert in this area, I'm a real estate lawyer, which makes it easier for me to understand the laws & zoning codes I'm reading.As far as I know, there is only one County in California where tiny homes are legal as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), a unit placed on the property that already has a home on it.
