while for legal purposes you designate whether the LLC is member or manager run, you can give yourself any other title for dealing with the public.Maybe for dealing with tenants you want to be the Vice President of Tenant Relations, maybe for the bank you want to be the Treasurer, etc.One person can have multiple titles in a small entity, you could be CEO, CFO, COO, etc.One I personally like is President Emeritus
