So with several thousand page views on each site a day at 1% response rate and being the rental property expert with huge presence on the sites, I can easily see selling 20 books a day. 20 times 30.00 = 600.00 a day times 30 days equals about 18,000 a month passive income potentially!

As far as evictions go I have not had to do any thank god. 5/6 are MTM and are paying on time.

The biggest issue I see with agents, FYI I am getting licensed, god help me.

Why in gods name would someone have given it to him otherwise?
