If there were laws about Chrysanthemums, I'd follow those too...especially if they kept causing electrical issues (and therefor safety issues) in the house!  

You could buy a wyze camera from Amazon for $26 bucks, stick it to the exterior wall assuming you have electricity and wifi, and then you get a 13 second clip anytime there's motion at the doorway.

Its not just a matter of rearranging dividing walls plumbing and electrical.  

The day I purchased the property I let everybody know via notice that I would be fixing any problems that they may have such as plumbing, electric, whatever.

So depending what you're looking at, most things that have power restored should of already passed a structural inspection.Pay attention to mold and electrical as well.

I will rebuild brick walls, replaced beams, plumbing, electrical, etc.

If you're also adding plumbing, electrical,  a bathroom and a kitchen then I'd say it's not enough.

Hi All,I just got my first-ever tenant moved in this past Saturday and all was going smoothly until she called to set up her electric.

The electric has been off so the sump pump would not be functioning.
