I dislike big dogs in my units and especially Pit Bulls. 

When we were doing our research we kept notes on each development, HOA, fees and taxes, we met owners and renters there simply by walking up to them and saying hello and asking what they liked and disliked about their particular development. 

I got no problem telling someone they are always late (but never so late we can’t get them into court), or point out they clearly dislike living there with all their complaining, and the relationship needs to end.

I ignore demanding tenants requests and don't care if they dislike rent increases.

I actually dislike upscale housing because the tenants require a level of annoying service that I can't provide.  

(It's an odd situation, and they strongly dislike each other.)I agreed to the sale of the Castalia home, but haven't signed the contract yet.

The toughest part of my job is playing marriage counselor or trying to design based on an individuals likes and dislikes.

A few reasons some sellers dislike VA loans.Not always, but often a veteran is using a 0% down payment to fund the VA loan. 

Thankfully, I don't dislike my job.

I personally dislike the VA loan for the massive VA funding fee.
