So long as people trust and understand the ability of the Federal Reserve to mint new dollars and the US gov't to defend them more than they trust blockchains to do the same, people will continue to think in terms of dollars, and Crypto will continue to be to volatile and speculative to pay rent or buy a property.It will take a generation or longer for crypto to become our collective finance method of choice, if it goes that way.If I were a landlord, I WOULD NOT accept payments in crypto, no matter how convenient my twenty-something-year-old tenants might think it is.

There “may” be additional legal protections the LLC would provide… but I am of the opinion that a solid insurance protection plan is just as good as an LLC if not better (insurance also pays to defend, while LLC does not).

Don't make it perfect only to repeat the issue again and again....Your cabinets are nice, but I can tell by your sink, fixtures and that ledge above the sink that this isn't a high end unit.....don't over fix it......I think you are going to have a hard time defending the 50:50 split to replace the entire set of counter tops...... most tenants are going to fight that much $$ and the judge is probably going to side with them..... good luck......
