For all the wholesalers out there, are there words or phrases you shouldn't use when text message marketing that may be getting filtered or blocked by cell phone providers?

Its all an evolution and whichever way you start provides a learning lesson.  

In CA doing business means simply making a cell phone call while in that state!!

-Limit maximum number of renters to two/bedroom plus two additional occupants, whichever is less.

However, I like to hike, backpack, and do occasional remote trips where there is no cell phone service for up to 5 days. 

But other sources online seem to indicate that it's OK to rent out a second home as long as you live there yourself at least 10% of the rented out days or 14 days, whichever is higher. 

All of our competition is using cell phone pictures so we have that advantage.

Good luck trying to get into your bank accounts and signing up for things like Skype when you can’t verify your cell phone number because you can’t receive SMS.

Basically the lender will add up all your income and all of your debts, including the PITI on the new refinance loan and ensure that your debt-to-income ratio meets those FNMA guidelines for whichever program you are attempting to qualify.
