I have upto 12 months to sell home.rental rates are uncertain and hard to find comps.

The majority of our out of state investors are definitely coming from NY - Queens, Brooklyn and some from Long Island so folks certainly see the value in CT, especially after the recent tenant friendly legislation that NY passed!

Hoping we can find someone to fill the spot soon but pretty uncertain about it. 

There is obviously a ton of uncertainly baked into the economy and the real estate market right now, making it risky to pay top dollar for anything.

I hear the market is volatile and its future is uncertain.

When the market is uncertain, the best deals can be found!  

The recent legislation to delay evictions takes away landlord rights and assumes landlords will do the wrong thing.

I thought I'd use this uncertain time to lay the groundwork, meet likeminded professionals who have expert knowledge to share, and figure out if this is truly right for us.
