As long as it is a solid surface you would be able to park a vehicle or camper, trailer,  on the slab if you wanted to.That size slab wasn't cheep to put in, ugly it still has value.I'd just plain not think about it and leave it as is until you decide to change it over into a car port, shed, or put a fence around it.

@Ryan JenksI had to agree that investing out of state is tempting when you are used to dog shed here in CA asking $2M a piece.....$500K (I dont know how much you were going to pay for the 14 unit) for a 14 units looks pretty awesome in comparison...But I have first hand experience with OOS investing in a A class property in a A- location about 10 years ago...
