I self manage 29 SFR and do all my taxes on turbo tax.

I know someone recently who had a NY loan and they could not find a servicer to touch it because it was being self serviced - so they had no way of selling it as no investor would take on that risk.The other concern is usury laws.

Housing lots/ subdivision, self storage, commercial, parking, rv park,  etc3.  

But I was also sent a document stating that a county housing assistance program was guaranteeing the tenants security deposit (which was accepted by the current landlord) but not for the full lease term because the tenant is no longer receiving assistance and that the guarantee would only be until 2/2025.

There are always some self-righteous individuals who try to appear as very professional figures in this community. 

Primarily self limiting beliefs.One of my clients just closed on their first commercial deal and they only had one duplex before I started working with them. 

The last one we paid cash for and self-funded the improvements too.

Specifically, is the rental market stable, and is reliable assistance (like agents, property managers, contractors, etc.) available?
