Apart from scanning the news and paying attention to where  players like Amazon will open their next shipping hub, or Apple will re-route its domestic manufacturing plants (assuming they have any?)

The underlying economic resilience of the area is derived from demographic (population) growth and median income.

Lastly, a quick google search on the nearest, prison, chemical plant, and emergency stations nearby

…Any drawings or maps of the park and infrastructure including lot sizesSewer plant or septic system repair and maintenance recordsDisclosure from seller of current or recent problems with infrastructure including buildings, water, sewer/septic, gas, electric, etc.

One other thing worth mentioning that I just thought of is that the polybutylene pipes degrade due to the chlorine that is added by the city plants.

I'm new to real estate investing and interested in purchasing a multifamily home (duplex or triplex) in Cleveland, OH or other naturally climate resilient and affordable markets.
