There is a common erroneous belief that if a property is "really improved" it will sell for more than what similar homes have sold for.

Rather than researching conventional rentals, if you look up the break even for people who build RV Parks, the common belief is that break even point is when you have 100 spaces occupied in an RV park.

It is my belief the vetting process is to be catered to the parties in that partnership not just a industry norm.
