It’s unethical and it’s punishable in court

is it in any way unlawful  to ban tenants from having washing machines on premises, and they will need to go to laundromats?

I feel punished by the new laws when I treat my tenants with fairness and have never jacked rents up at all. 

"If the landlord makes an unlawful entry or a lawful entry in an 27 unreasonable manner or makes repeated demands in connection with an otherwise 28 lawful entry that has the effect of harassing the tenant, the tenant may: 29 (A) Obtain injunctive relief to prevent the recurrence of 30 the conduct; or 31 (B) Terminate the rental agreement."

Often times, you do something dumb when you're young and it punishes you for the rest of your life.

We should start a general fund where people can donate/contribute to spending the time and money required to legally punish these people and clean up the real estate investor world. 

Thanks It is unlawful to sell or wholesale PROPERTIES you don't own without a license.I don't think it is unlawful to sell or wholesale your position in a contract.Most dont know enough to limit thier activities to the contract only.

Why on earth attempt to punish them for something I think you know is a true mistake?

Hire a law firm that specializes in unlawful detainer's post foreclosure.

Rather than just punishing the single bad actor, they come after the countless number of good landlords.
