I will say that there are plenty of "Shady" characters out there that are wholesalers, but that is not how I operate, and neither should you.To the point of security deposits, I worded that incorrectly.

Bonds might be an effective piece of a portfolio but they are not an effective investment of 100% of funds.If anyone can make the crazy assumption that I'm not trying to 'use' my children, I'd like to get some practical information / thoughts / pros and cons etc. rather than character judgement and questionable facts.

It may not eliminate the crack, but it may stop it from getting larger.If anybody asks about the crack, remember to tell them, it's "character". ;-)

At the very least, it is a technique where one would have to lack poor moral character and judgment… I agree it is not something I would do either.
