On the flip side, I have seen homes of MTK value: $190,000 going for REPOS value of $230,000...even though they are in foreclosed state I believe.I guess, are there any patterns or things I should specifically be aware of when looking into a foreclosed home?

Without a doubt now for sure, I'd be replacing the entire floor at charging her for it, she should have no problem with understanding the issue with the pattern not being able to be matched since she is such a perfectionist in everything she requests you to do.As far as the tub, reglazers also do chip repairs, in Denver chip repairs will fall under my reglazers minimum charge of 2 hours or $150.00.
