(just curious)Check out this for crime mapping: https://www.crimemapping.com/map/location/08401,%2...In my opinion, the radius around Albany ave and Atlantic Ave are good areas for investment purposes (good amount of development, bars, university, restaurants, laundry, etc...)Check out the Chelsea district, around the vacant baseball stadium...I believe this area will begin to flourish within the next couple of years similar to the development being done on the Tennessee ave block. 

A lot of my desire to succeed in real estate is to be able to travel and watch more live baseball.

What if I took a broker or contractor to baseball game for instance where we discussed rental business for part of it? 

Right now I know I’m out of my league for sure.

Just like football, baseball and basketball - or any business you see when driving around - teamwork is very real, very rewarding and very profitable.It creates winners.

This is what I was going to suggest - instead of thinking about baseball you can think about rehabs - unless that also excites you prematurely! 

Tomorrow I am starting my new career in reverse baseball professional.
