I'm going to a new CPA this Friday who has extensive real estate experience so I'm hoping he will be able to advise me on the best/easiest software to utilize. 

However, you need to ask yourself is it worth it to take the time to learn how to use Quickbooks or other software?

I’m looking for an app or software other teams have used to create or follow a process from contract to contract and have the whole team on same page.

I've done some trials of other softwares like Stessa, RESimpli and Rent Manager but came back to Quickbooks each time.

Looking to see what CRM’s or softwares are out there outside of PropStream or Coles for finding and automating the process of finding scrubbed data for land leads. 

Its an additional influence that will more than likely multiply it's value, above and beyond what I can do with management experience.

But if you want to do super detailed drawings and create 3D models, then SketchUp would be the software I’d recommend.

Hospitable is the first PM software we used and we still love it today: it is intuitive to use.
