and I recommend it highly as splitting the risk can help ease you into the stream of investment (sorry for the trite metaphor). 

What put me at ease is the owners current address is also listed for sale (mint house based off photos) so I’m assuming he’s selling his assets for personal reasons.

I can seamlessly switch back and forth from Desktop to Macbook with ease and on the fly.

Put our hearts at ease.  

The ease or difficulty of foreclosure and eviction is going to matter here.

You should get a list of their current owner/clients and ask these people questions about ease of doing business, transparency of monthly and yearly reports, timeliness of handling tenant and maintenance related issues, how quickly your money is sent to you, etc. 

This may help put insurance underwriters at ease when considering binding coverage.

You can do this pretty easy in Los Angeles given the high demand for housing and ease of finding renters for $800-$1500 per month for a single room in your home. 

If there was minimal or no impact, it should ease tensions.

We have made revisions a half dozen times and each time, I mock up what I would like to see and then let the attorney put it into the legal ease.
