Just because they're both doctors doesn't mean they are both equally qualified.

The lawyer also quoted a court case from Delaware that was not relevant to the facts at hand and provided a letter from a doctor in April informing us that the tenant is disabled.We responded back with the picture of the oil fill, the pictures showing damage and what it looked like prior to the move in as well as the move out video.

So my zesstimate is always much higher than my list price, and while the listing is active, a buyer can't see that I doctored the zestimate.

I am a firm believer in going to the Specialists .Doctors are somewhat like Lawyers and CPA's .You would NOT consult a Brain Surgeon for Hemoroids .

Just think, a doctor may spend thousands in school loans and 10+ years of training to get to a doctor's salary...all making NO MONEY...

Again, there is definitely some value with some of these organizations, but make sure you know ALL of the exclusions, or you could find yourself stuck without coverage and some insanely large doctor bills.TOGETHER WITHHappy Friday.
