For example, one of our condos in Kihei, Maui has its original 1980's kitchen, complete with pink laminate countertops!  

Still has the wood paneling, yellow and brown carpet, original kitchen cabinets and wood countertops, original windows, currently no heating system.  

Counter top type and color, wall paint, outdoor house paint.

Replacing the Decking and felt the Roof, Lay all of the Flooring, Install all Cabinets,countertops,sinks, lighting,fans  , Paint the House inside and out , Replace all the Rotten wood ( inside and out ) ?  

I do have a tendency to over improve--we started replacing countertops with granite and quartz and now I have scaled back to laminate.

Probably new counter tops too but nevertheless I'll have a contract give me an estimate with what I want accomplished to the place.

They only add cost.I could go on about the cigarette butts in the parking lot, the burns in the counter tops, sink tops, window sills, flooring, the tar on the walls, in the filters, on the ceilings, light fixtures, outlets or switches or the irritation to the non-smokers in your building, but that wouldn't be news to anyone.  

I'll need someone to put down flooring and/or new counter-tops in kitchens, and possibly some roof repair, etc.

I have found updated laminate counter tops and a contractor willing to install them.
