I was browsing around today , through various properties that are listed on the HUD website in my area, and I came across a property that is in a nice location, looks to be in good condition both exterior and interior from the pictures, and is listed for a really good price.So I thought ... what gives ?

I like the Redfin interface personally, but other sites probably have similar information.

Also, browse some of the threads here as this is the forum about notes.

Browsing the internet will only take you so far, the real business is done face to face at these meetings. 

This is a great site that has so many great resources and people....definitely take some time to browse through the various threads!

I often browse the site and post from my windows phone, a few weeks ago the @ mentions stopped functioning from the device.  

I will browse BP and read up on the beginner material. 

This site is absolutely filled with information so go to the blog, listen to the podcasts, and browse the forums.

So from browsing here the last couple of days, I get that the story is "war zone".
