I work at a CPA firm handling bank analysis and bookkeeping for businesses.

Unfortunately I don't and I do feel more comfortable gathering the data and doing the analysis myself regardless so I was wondering if there are tools to help me do it faster.

I have also begun to set the stage to do my own parking deals. 

I'd ask for their trailing 12 month income statements (a T12) and a current rent roll to start your analysis

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

I have at this stage handed this over to an actual attorney, but wanted to check here on anyone else's experience with this.

I Currently own 8 piece of real estate. 7 long term rentals. 1 str that is currently in the furnishing stages.  

Building housing is subject to a significant array of regulatory costs, including a broad range of fees, permits, reviews, and other requirements imposed at different stages of the development and the construction process, with both a direct cost and a time/delay cost.
