Health Department: They're constantly shutting down properties for drug contamination that are very distressed.

My leasing agent ran the tenant search on the tenant and I read over the background report he sent me, and did not mention the drug trafficking history that this has turned into.

(doing damage, causing disturbance, possession of a weapon, doing drugs, etc.)

She had people there doing drugs and all these kids running and out of control .
