Best to get extremely well versed in the math of real estate vs being dependent on one specific algorithm.   

At least on Airbnb, reviews affect the Algorithm and can determine where your listing is on the platform.

then I go back to them and said hey Zillow says this and then of course you get the algorithm excuse which can be true I don't put a lot of stock into Zillow personally.. then they say that well maybe 700k Maybe ..

Not sure if to cough up another couple thousand dollars and try a different list algorithm on ListSource or pivot to different plan. 

This is a combination of using proprietary AI methods and algorithms to search in conjunction with manual searching via internet and social media platforms, which can take upwards of 20+ hours.

So, there is probably a method to their madness and unfortunately may not be a decision maker that you will be able to find if they have adopted a strict algorithm for how to handle the auction/sale process.

I am 100% convinced new listings are getting lost in the algorithm.
