My question is - Has anyone tried offering an incentive for tenants to sign up for ACH? 

One uses ACH and several use Zelle.I use Zillow or residentresearch.com for background checks.I train my tenants to make the rent on time or pay a late fee or have an eviction filed against them.

With so many states allowing medicinal marijuana, you don't want to get yourself into a fair housing issue by trying to police medicinal use.

Every transaction should leave a paper trail... either he received a receipt for cash, or wrote a check, or did an ACH transaction into an account, or something!
