Looking into my crystal ball, it seems likely government assisted housing increases over time: college expenses & student debt keeps rising, new grads have a harder time finding jobs, millennials have been told to not expect Social Security to be around when they need it, and people are living longer (assisted living costs are chewing through retirees savings quickly).Sidebar on Section 8 Seniors: Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities that accept Section 8 are rare and sub-standard in my area. 

And long term I am not worried, inflation and millennials will see to it.

I really like the police presence in that city they have this stuff under control for the most part we are able to build 500 to 600k houses in these areas and sell them to millennials..

Millennials are renting there.I would never have imagined that happening but it did.

Or worse, you tell the tenant no and they hire a lawyer and put you in front of a jury of woke millennials who want nothing more than to punish an evil landlord.

Do you expect another group of people like the  millennials who would traditionally buy, suddenly decide they want to rent?
