When are you moving?

My wife and I have moments where we think maybe we should just cancel this but then we get excited about the new adventure and path it could put us on if we do move forward with this.

My wife and I are also moving overseas when we retire and will add our home to the rental pool. 

@Sean Anthony to us, this situation is really no different than a nonpaying tenant.We try to work with tenants, as "life happens", while keeping pressure on them by moving forward with the eviction process.

Paying down the note quickly is a power move too—love that disciplined mindset!
