The US empire might be at the end of it's period, similar like the antique Rome.

I am trying to remove the fear, and be more empirical about this journey.

Bank of America is the "evil empire" and their arrogance shows in all areas - short sales, mortgage, and credit cards.

There is a tendency I think that we want to form various entities in building our little empires and it's totally unnecessary.

I'm keeping it for 2 reasons:1- major devellopement around here should bring me GREAT appreciation in the next few years2-It's also my house, so it makes the situation acceptable from an investment point of viewI've got plenty of time left to build my empire, I'm only 25!

My daughter's BF works for a professional flipping company in the Inland Empire and even they are having a hard time selling their properties.

However, if I want data on specific agents in different boards throughout the Inland Empire or Coachella Valley, that data is #1 not as reliable and #2 not available on a macro scale.
