The number 1 reason why people dislike the FIRE movement is because they don't understand what it really is.

What do most of the people you admire on this forum dislike doing that you can take off their plate? 

So, it's not like there isn't things to dislike or be frustrated with, but, very few that I can actually control or change.also, the building occasionally has some petty theft of packages.

You simply want to know what they like and dislike about the home, owners, area, etc... and do you have anything currently taking place that you are unhappy with about the home or that needs attention or repair.

But that firm or person cannot be the first person ever think about doing it that way, and if no one does it than I can only guess it is for a reason (eg, here you are posting on BP that you dislike the transparency and would prefer the wool over your eyes and a higher rate).

But for some reason, I really dislike waiting 3-5 business days to get my money.

@Marion Rice depends what the rest of the numbers look like but I dislike condos primarily for this reason, I'd probably sell and find a better investment.

Get with an authorized agent, and you can inspect the HUD foreclosure to your heart's content.The thing I DIS-like about HUD foreclosures is, there appears to be tons of competition.

I also want to mention that despite my frustration of many meetups being sales funnels for other programs/REI education (mostly I just disliked the not knowing prior to attending) I don't mean to poo poo on mentors and education programs.
