I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues.Your property mgmt company either misunderstood or is letting you down.One of my associates had a house in which large birds (maybe cockatoos or parrots, i don't remember - but i could ask him) caused a lot of damage to woodwork, like stair railings.I thought love birds were small.
